Questions?
- Can I add the kid’s photo myself?
- No. To protect the child, only a parent or guardian can. You choose the gift; they create the character when it arrives.
- What can I give?
- One story; 1, 3, 6 or 12 months of any plan: Weekly (one story a week), 3 a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) or Daily; or a printed book with their stories.
- Can I give a printed book?
- Yes: the board book with 2 stories or the hardcover with 3, paid with its shipping. You give the address; their parents create the character and choose the stories, and nothing is printed until they approve the book. Every story written for it stays in digital.
- How does it arrive?
- By email to their parents, on the day you pick, at 8 in the morning: a gift card with your message and a code. They start from the email in a minute.
- When do the stories start?
- When their parents redeem it. The code never expires, and a gift of months starts the day they do.
- What happens when it ends?
- Nothing is charged. A week before and on the last day, their parents get an email; to keep the stories coming, they choose their own plan.
- What if they already have DailyTeller?
- If their plan has the gift’s frequency, their next charge moves later. If it’s another plan, the gift’s value comes off their next charges.
